Absolutely delicious! They have so many drink options. The staff is so friendly, kind, patient, and the worker who made my drinks last night was kind enough to ask about my diet preferences. I got the Taro drink, which is vegan!! It was delicious! My husband got the strawberry lemonade and he loved it also. This place has something for everyone, a must try ☺️ the shop is soo cute too

While I used to order from this place everyday literally, new staff & constant mishaps have made me stop ordering from them & honestly kinda sad about it. But apparently this is light ice with about 2 good sips of drink. Has honestly been a big disappointment lately.

Came here twice during a layover stay nearby. The ladies had excellent customer service (went above and beyond). The boba and teas were extremely tasty. I am a boba fanatic and they are defintely a new fav spot.

I absolutely adore Midtown Boba! From my very first visit, the experience was unforgettable because of the amazing staff and welcoming atmosphere. My favorite employees, Troy and Ana, each have their own special spark that makes every visit memorable. They both know the store incredibly well, are super knowledgeable about the menu, and always take the time to make customers feel comfortable and excited to try new things.What really stood out to me was how they explained everything so patiently and even gave me samples to help me find drinks I’d love. They made my first experience at Midtown Boba feel special, and that level of care is hard to find. Troy and Ana are truly an amazing duo their energy, teamwork, and customer service are a huge reason I keep coming back. I even gave them my number because I specifically like coming in when they’re working so I can make sure my friends get to experience the same incredible service and positive vibes that made me fall in love with this place. Midtown Boba isn’t just a boba shop to me anymore , it’s a place with amazing people who create unforgettable experiences. Highly recommend!

“where are we gonna get boba at this hour?” February 12, 2026. It was that night and that very question that would lead us to Midtown Boba, to Troy and eventually Anna, and forever change our existence. We were exhausted. We were parched (pickleball will do that to you). It was a time in the evening in which almost every other boba shop owner was already home with their families, enjoying the very sweet relief and comfort we were longing for in a refreshing cup of boba tea. Julianna, Sofie and I desperately searched maps for a boba tea shop; as the words “now closed” repeated over and over again upon my phone screen, hope began to fade. Until- like a messenger sent from heaven- midtown boba appeared. A glimmer of hope resurfaced as we set our sights to obtain our refreshments from this shop. The first promising sign- a free parking lot in downtown Brickell. Sighs of relief filled the car as we realized we wouldn’t have to endure the painstaking process of finding and paying for street parking in this bustling area of town.
